Electricians must have a wide range of skills, but especially they must be good at:
• Examine and interpret plans
• Plan and carry out projects
• Using tools
• Logical thinking

Electricians also need to be good at handling stress, as they often work in strenuous situations. They often need to be prepared and willing to carry out their work in a variety of (sometimes unpleasant) conditions.
